PENSHOPPE
COMMERCIAL INTERIOR DESIGN _ RETAIL SPACE : PENSHOPPE, a trendy fashion brand for the young, imports and sells ready-to-wear apparel, accessories, cosmetics and body care products. With a niche encompassing the A, B and C markets, the stores are made to look its image of wholesome clean fun. The clean linear lines also reflect the trend of how the fixtures look during the time. Large-format graphic images and red drop ceilings provide strong leanings for the otherwise light-tone floors.
MEMO
COMMERCIAL INTERIOR DESIGN _ RETAIL SPACE : MEMO, a premium brand boutique that caters to upwardly mobile professionals and businessmen, carries a full range of men and women's apparel and accessories designed to appeal to a modern, sophisticated customer. To reflect this attitude, the interiors are done in clean, classy, linear lines. Light-tone laminated floor planks complement the walls and the minimalist furnishing, accented only by a dash of sage green on upholstery and walls, and grounded by the dark toned wengue wood finishes. Metal halide downlighters, halogen eyeballs, and fluorescent covelights enhance the set ambience.
STUDY / HOME OFFICE
MIX-MEDIA RENDERING : A proposed study / home office for a bachelor client, done in contemporary style with a rustic twist. Underlying theme is Mojave, using muted tones of yellows and browns, accented with black and red earth colored upholstery. Earthenware, distressed wood, and area rugs complement the theme.
DROP BUY
VISUAL MERCHANDISING : In line with PENSHOPPE brand's on-going sale event, the store windows showcased a minimal display of graphic design, and product placement to complement with the event's theme of "DROP BUY'--- a pun for drop by, and of the prices of items that you buy dropping down. The marketing campaign has both visual and psychological impact on the consumers, at the same time, minimizing cost on logistics and installation. Nationwide campaign implemented on stores at select malls only.
ENTRANCE PIER
COMMERCIAL SPACE : As per SM Construction Guidelines, all tenants shall provide an entrance pier and provided with appropriate signage facilities---and so it was that this structure was built. Based on the furniture store's concept, the piers are interpreted as classical columns with flutings, and fitted with stylized swags, lozenges and rings finished in goldleaf. The post-and-lintel construction is woodstained finish, to carry the store's logo made of polished stainless steel built-up letters with neon backlight.

GLASS SHOWCASE
FURNITURE DESIGN : Conceptual glass showcase produced for OXYGEN brand, used in major boutiques nationwide, to carry its accessories line. Materials used are glass, with retractable drawer base, brushed stainless steel cladding, pre-cast logo, rivet detailing, and medium density fibreboard in auto-lacquer semi-gloss finish.
GAS
VISUAL MERCHANDISING: Conceptual show window display for the launching of "gas" eau de toilette spray---a light cologne series under the OXYGEN brand. Nationwide campaign, show window concept implemented in all major OXYGEN boutiques. Materials used are actual petrochemical containers, marked with "gas" branding in decals, with supporting graphics on window and product info on tarpaulin backdrop.
